I'm not one to leave reviews but cannot commend these guys enough on the work they do! Staff was incredibly helpful ( Derek and Spencer). I came in knowing absolutely nothing about reptiles, and I'm sure the questions I was asking were pretty unintelligent. I wasn't met with eyerolls or flack, but with helpful information on how to care for my son's new pet! You can tell these guys really care about the animals in the store, building enclosures, taking time with costumers, and truly going the extra mile! These guys know what they're talking about, are passionate about what they do and want you to have the best experience. Though there were other costumers in the store they took the time to make sure I knew how to care for my son's snake! I would recommend them over any pet smart or similar establishment! This is the place to go for all your reptiles needs!

Always a friendly staff and consistently adds new or higher quality products. Their online ordering is great as well. Very knowledgeable about their animal selection. I have used the boarding options as well which are $12/day and a godsend when I was traveling often for work. Live rat shipments often happem on Thursdays so if you need live, try the weekends! :D

We are from out of state and don’t have a reptile specific store where we’re from, when we planned our trip to see family in Chandler we researched reptile stores in the area to bring our leopard gecko loving girl to visit. This place is great!! The staff was very knowledgeable, very friendly and patient with all customers. I was very impressed from our greeting as soon as we entered the door until we left. We didn’t purchase anything but felt the need to tell everyone how great this place is! Highly recommend!

Spencer and Derrick were both very knowledgeable and took the time to answer alll my questions. We added two sulcata tortoises to our family and really feel like they set us up for success before bringing them home!

I love this place, staff is awesome and very knowledgeable. we created a couple of enclosures and everything you want and need is here!! Their grab and go enclosures are always a solid deal too and takes the stress off of designing a home for your new pet, sometimes they come with just the materials inside the tank for you to design it yourself which is cool.
